It's nice to read a book that isn't really a coming-out story, so to see the main character so sure in themself was nice. I loved Alexis/Aleks's voice, and I especially thought their relationship with their mom and dad was sweet. But in the end, I think it attempted to confront a topic far too massive to fit within a 250-page book.
